One of our underlying carriers has scheduled a 6-hour maintenance window on March 12th, 2018 from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. CDT. This carrier is utilized in our TotalVoice and OpenVoice cloud phone system platforms.
Good News:
Due to ICS’s standards and built-in redundancy, there is no expected down-time for our clients. If, for any reason, your hosted VoIP is affected, please notify ICS at the appropriate regional office. Contact information is listed below for your convenience.
