“Overall I am quite satisfied with the work that ICS did for us. We used them when we decided to switch from our old phone system, we called it the Monster because of how huge the actual phones were. We switched to voip, which at first seemed like a bit of pain because we had to hook it up to our network and add additional cabling and a few other things, but actually it ended up really saving us a lot time, because it’s now a lot easier to program in new employees and set up new phones for them, or delete old employees extensions and add new voicemail. Everyone in the office is happy with the phones and that’s probably the best part of all of this…no more complaining. I have ICS to thank for that.”

“We just started using these guys for our IT support. I can’t say that things went as smooth as they should have; when they reconfigured our server we were down for nearly an hour and they said it would probably be up to an hour. Having said that, we’ve been up and running for a month now and not a single problem. I’ve also been very impressed with the way they handle our support calls. Our previous support guys always made it feel like it was a hassle to take our calls and sometimes they wouldn’t get back to us for hours at a time, but every time we’ve called ICS they’ve been quick to answer the phone, quick to solve the problem and generally nice people to work with.”
