Some of our customers have reported the below phishing scam to our customer service department. We thought we would share this information with your customers to help improve security awareness.
If you get an email from someone that looks like the one below, DON’T CLICK IT! It’s a voicemail scam!
Users are reporting that they received an email similar to the one below. They believed it was a legitimate voicemail alert, and when they clicked the link, their computers were infected.
If you get an email like this, it’s a malware/phishing email. This link goes to a malicious website. Put it in your trash and delete it.
If an email looks suspicious or is from someone you don’t know, remember that it’s always a best practice to call and confirm that the email is valid!

Our voicemail emails always come from donotreply@icstotalcloud.com and will have the voicemail file attached to it instead of having to click on a link.
